Between the rapids, you can relax while floating through calmer sections, almost like a lazy river. Admire the impressive rock formations, the tropical forest, and maybe even spot monkeys up in the trees.
Expert guides will accompany you throughout the tour and position themselves at every larger rapid to make sure you pass through safely.

Fly over the tropical forest along 7 zip lines varying in length and speed. Beneath one of them, you can even spot a waterfall! Reaching heights of up to 150 m (490 ft), this is one of the most exciting zip lines in Rincon de la Vieja.

Horseback Riding

How to Get to the Tour Starting Point
The One Day Adventure Pass takes place at two different locations.
River tubing begins on the southern side of the volcano at El Rincon Tours & Transportation, about 20 minutes from Liberia. The other activities take place at the Rincon de la Vieja adventure park on the northern side of volcano, just a 30-minute drive away.
If you have your own vehicle, first drive to our river tubing tour base to meet your guide and start the first activity. After the tubing, simply follow your guide to the Rincon de la Vieja adventure park for the other activities. If you booked the tour with transportation included, your driver will take you to both tour locations.

💡 You don’t need a 4×4 vehicle to get to the tubing tour base, but drive carefully as parts of the road may have potholes.
1️⃣ From Liberia, drive about 5 km north on Highway 1.
2️⃣ Turn right when you see signs pointing to Rincon de la Vieja National Park and continue for about 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Reach the village of Curubandé and continue straight, passing by the church.
4️⃣ After about 300 m you will find our tour office on your left, clearly marked with large signs.
