Rincón de la Vieja National Park Admission Tickets
We offer a more flexible and visitor-friendly booking experience compared to the government platform. Please read the policy below carefully before purchasing.
✅ Free Cancellation & Full Refund
- You may cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before the date of your visit and receive a full refund.
- Because this is a self-guided visit with no assigned entry time, the official cutoff time is: 8:00 PM (Costa Rica time) on the day before your visit.
Example:
If your visit date is March 10, you must cancel no later than 8:00 PM on March 9 to qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations requested after this cutoff time are not eligible for a refund since tickets are limited and we must block your spots ahead of time.
🔁 Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your visit once, free of charge, as long as the request is made before the 8:00 PM cutoff time.
- Once a reservation has been rescheduled, it becomes non-refundable, regardless of the new visit date
This policy is in place to prevent misuse of the rescheduling option as a way to bypass the cancellation window.
❌ No-Shows & Late Requests
- No refunds will be issued for:
- No-shows
- Late cancellations (after 8:00 PM the day before)
- Requests made on the day of the visit
