Tour Location
- The tour begins at our office. To ensure a tour guide is available upon your arrival, please make a reservation in advance.

- A 4-wheel drive vehicle is not required to reach our office safely.
Parking
- Free parking is available on-site.
- The parking lot is monitored during all operating hours, so you can securely leave your belongings and luggage in your car if needed.
The Check in Process
- Upon arrival, proceed to reception to check in.
- You will start by filling out a waiver.
- Receive a briefing on what to bring with you for the tour.
Meeting Your Guide
- After check-in, you will be introduced to your tour guides.
- Your guides will give you instruction on what to expect for the day.
During and After the Tour
- You are booking a group tour and there can be up to 20 people in your tour group.
- Before the tour you will get set up with all of the necessary equipment for the tour and you will get an explanation of what you need for the tour.
- During the zip lining tour, you will go through 8 different lines with the assistance of your tour guides.
