Cancellation Policy for Airport Transfers in Costa Rica
To ensure clarity and fairness for both parties, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Refund Process:
– All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer support channels.
– The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
2.Changes and Rescheduling:
– Changes to your transfer details, such as pickup time, date, or location, can be made free of charge subject to availability.
3.Force Majeure:
– In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or flight cancellations, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative arrangements or a full refund.
-No shows will not be eligible for a refund.
